b. Service Quality: If the services provided by GoldNBoost fall significantly short of the expected quality, we will thoroughly investigate the matter. If it is determined that the service quality was unsatisfactory, a refund will be issued.
c. Dispute Resolution: If an arbitration ticket is raised by either party involved in the order, and the Arbitration Team decides on a refund or partial refund, the refund will be processed accordingly.
3.Refund Process: Once you have submitted a refund ticket, the following steps will be taken:
a. Ticket Investigation: Our support team will review your refund ticket and conduct an investigation, which may take up to 48 business hours. We appreciate your patience during this time.
b. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved after the investigation, the refund process will be initiated.
c. Refund to Original Payment Method: The refund amount will be returned to your original method of payment, such as Visa or Mastercard. Please be aware that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
d. No Commission: GoldNBoost does not charge any additional commission fees for processing refunds. The refunded amount will be the exact sum you originally paid, including any transaction fees charged by the payment system at the time of the initial purchase.
Please note that refunds will only be provided for the reasons specified above. Requests for refunds based on other grounds will not be entertained.
